My name is Sabrina. Sabrina Scissors, if you like. Or merely Sabrina S. I'm not a hairdresser. I'm just your average girl who has a fascination about hair and haircutting, and for the record, my own hair is short and I do like keeping it that way. Getting it cut is half the fun! (And you never know WHATaction you might see in the salon while you're waiting...my favourite spectator sport!)

This fascination - or fetish, call it what you will - is something I've had for as long as I can remember. It was probably triggered by watching my cousin Bruce get a haircut when I was about 3.  I watched spellbound as the clippers made short work (pardon the pun!) of his hair, and I've been fascinated by haircuts, male and female, ever since. How and why does this happen? Who knows, but it seems there are a lot of us out there in the same boat...so welcome to my little corner of the web!

While I might fantasise about buzzing and clipping and cutting and.... it IS all fantasy, and to get it out of my system I write about it. As regular visitors know, my page is WAY out of date. Including all the links. If any of my links are wrong, let me know. I won't be posting an exhaustive set of links on my page, because I simply don't have the time to maintain it as I should. The last twelve months has seen that happen, with me leaving the security of a full time job to set up my own business.

Recently on the net there has been a lot of talk and various disputes about copyright infringements (infringements...how appropriate!). If I have taken anyone's pics without appropriate acknowledgement, please let me know and I will remove them or add acknowledgement as necessary. Some pix are sent to me by others, and I can't vouch for their adherence to copyright laws. Nuff said. Let's get on with it and have some fun!
